In this golden autumn, we were honoured to participate in the much-anticipated autumn Canton Fair. As a company dedicated to the production of plant machinery and handling machinery, we brought a full range of products to the exhibition, of which the 2 tonne mini excavator became the focus of attention of many customers.
At the exhibition site, a foreign customer was interested in our 2 tonne mini excavator. He asked in detail about the performance parameters, ease of operation and after-sales service. Our sales staff received him warmly, answered him patiently and invited him to have a test drive.
During the test drive, the customer personally felt the excellent performance and comfortable control of our 2 tonne mini excavator. He was full of praise for our machine and said it was one of the best small excavators he had ever seen. After in-depth communication and negotiation, the customer finally decided to close the deal on the spot and bought our 2 tonne mini excavator.
This successful transaction not only brought us economic benefits, but also let us deeply feel the customer’s recognition and trust in our products. We will take this opportunity to continue to increase investment in R&D, improve product quality and service level, and provide more perfect solutions for our customers.
