How Sundin’s 2-tonne mini excavator SD20U won the favour of contractors through its stability and ease of operation in a residential development project in Poland.
Poland, a rapidly developing country, is seeing a proliferation of housing developments. In these projects, the choice of engineering equipment is crucial to ensure the smooth running of the project. Recently, in a new residential development project in Lublin, Poland, our 2-tonne mini-excavator has demonstrated its outstanding performance in land levelling and infrastructure construction, and won high praise from the contractor.
The project is located in a newly developed area of the city of Lublin and aims to build a residential community with dozens of residential buildings. Due to the complexity of the terrain and the high level of accuracy required, the team needed an excavation machine that was both stable and easy to manoeuvre.
To ensure the project was carried out efficiently, the contractor chose our 2-tonne mini-excavator. Designed for stability and ease of operation, the mini excavator is ideal for land levelling and infrastructure work. During the project, the mini excavator not only handled the soil conditions with ease, but also ensured that the foundations were laid accurately through precise control.
Tom, the project leader of this project, said, ‘We are very satisfied with the performance of the 2-tonne small excavator. It is very easy to operate and even a novice operator can get up to speed quickly. The stability of the machine ensures the continuity and quality of our work, which is extremely important in a tight schedule.’
The construction industry in Poland is currently booming and there is a growing demand for efficient and reliable construction equipment. Our 20U mini-excavator has already proved its worth on projects in Poland, particularly in land levelling and infrastructure.
As urbanisation accelerates in Poland, the number of residential and commercial construction projects continues to grow. We believe that with the excellent performance demonstrated by the 2-tonne mini excavator in this Lublin City project, it will become the equipment of choice for more construction and engineering projects in Poland. We look forward to supporting more construction projects in Poland and contributing to the country’s prosperity.
