The word-of-mouth spreading of old customers brings new opportunities. Recently, a new customer from Vietnam successfully signed an order for 5 sets of 2.5 tonne mini excavators online through the strong recommendation of our existing old customers, which further consolidates our position in Southeast Asian market.
This Vietnamese customer is an enterprise focusing on infrastructure construction and agricultural development. With the continuous expansion of their business, they urgently need to introduce a number of efficient and durable mini excavators to improve the construction efficiency. After learning about our Shanding Group’s products, they became very interested in our product quality and service. After communicating with our old customers, they learnt that they had a very good experience in using our equipment and decided to choose us as their partner.
Both parties negotiated and signed the contract online
Due to the geographical location, the two sides could not have face-to-face communication. However, this did not hinder the smooth progress of the cooperation. Through video conferencing and email, we conducted in-depth technical exchanges and business negotiations with the customer. In the end, on the basis of fully understanding the product performance and technical parameters, the customer decided to sign an online order for 5 sets of 2.5 tonne mini excavators.
